2	Prof. Dr. Haakon Støle	Scientific Advisor		PhD (Dr. Ing.) and MSc (Siv. Ing.) from the Norwegian Institute of Technology, Norway. Over 36 years of experience in sediment sampling and studies, hydraulic modeling, headworks design, sediment exclusion, coastal engineering, lecturing, training, software development, and sediment flushing technology.
3	Dr. Gyanendra Lal Shrestha	DGM/Head of Research		PhD (Dr. Ing.) from NTNU, Norway (2006) and M.Sc. in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK (1994). Over 33 years of experience in site investigation, lab testing, tunnel and underground structure stability analysis, support design, and project management for civil, tunnel, and hydropower projects.
4	Dr. Umesh Singh	Head of Research		PhD in River Science (Joint Degree) from University of Trento and Queen Mary University of London (2015), and MSc in Hydraulic Engineering from UNESCO-IHE (2012). Over 13 years of experience in fluvial geomorphology and sediment research, 10+ years in Nepal’s hydropower sector, and 5+ years in physical hydraulic modeling and eco-hydraulics. Currently developing and teaching MSc courses in Sedimentation and River Engineering at Tribhuvan University.
5	Mr. Yogesh Khadka	Sr. Manager, Laboratory & Business Development		Executive MBA from Purbanchal University, Nepal, with over 28 years of experience in physical hydraulic modeling, construction supervision, sediment surveys, field measurements, and lab management. Also has 20 years of experience in hydropower turbine efficiency testing and has served as ISO 9001:2015 Management Representative since 2013.
6	Mr. Durga Psd. Basyal	Sr. Researcher		MSc in Petroleum Geoscience (Rock Mechanics) from NTNU, Norway (2003), with over 28 years of experience in site investigation, contract management, and in-situ testing for tunnels, infrastructure, and oil exploration projects. Skilled in geotechnical design, tunnel stability analysis, and geophysical data acquisition and interpretation for a wide range of applications.
7	Mr. Kunjan Lal Pradhan	Research Engineer		MSc in Water Engineering and Management from AIT, Thailand, and MSc in Euro Hydro-Informatics and Management (dual degree, Université de Nice, France). Over 5 years of experience managing wastewater treatment plants and more than 5 years in Nepal’s hydropower sector, focusing on feasibility studies, headworks design, and physical hydraulic modeling.
8	Mr. Jeevan Kumar Ban	Asst. Laboratory Manager		MSc in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Kongju National University, South Korea. Over 4 years of experience in physical hydraulic model studies and field investigations, and 3 years in micro-hydropower system design and implementation. Also has 1 year of teaching experience in Fluid Mechanics and Engineering Hydrology.
9	Mrs. Shreedeepy Shrestha	Project Engineer		MSc in Water Science and Engineering (specializing in Hydraulic Engineering and River Basin Development) from UNESCO-IHE, Delft, The Netherlands. Brings over 12 years of diverse experience in the water and hydropower sector, including 4+ years in physical hydraulic model studies for hydropower headworks, 2 years in project coordination and contract management for hydropower development, and 6+ years in hydrological and hydraulic assessments for infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and railways.
10	Mr. Sajal Man Singh	Civil Engineer		Civil Engineer with an MSc in Water Science and Engineering from UNESCO-IHE, Netherlands. Over 12 years of experience in hydropower and infrastructure development. Served as Project Manager for the 2.15 MW Upper Parajuli Khola Hydropower Project and Project Engineer for the 7 MW Chepe-A Hydropower Project. Also contributed to the design and survey of the New Butwal-Bardaghat 220 kV Double Circuit Transmission Line. Skilled in hydraulic modeling, project coordination, and hydrological studies for major infrastructure projects.
11	Ms. Dikshya Khadka	Civil Engineer		Civil Engineer with a Bachelor's degree from Kathmandu University, Nepal (2020), and over two years of experience in preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for water supply projects—specializing in network design, cost estimation, BoQ preparation, and technical reporting. Also has one year of experience at HydroLab, supporting applied research and technical work on physical hydraulic model projects.
12	Mr. Anuj Chalise	Civil Engineer		Civil Engineer with a Bachelor's degree from the Institute of Engineering (IOE), Tribhuvan University, Nepal (2024). Experienced in finite element modeling of masonry structures and currently engaged in physical hydraulic model studies for hydropower projects.
13	Mr. Prajwol Acharya	Civil Engineer		Water Resources Engineer with an MSc from the Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University (2024), and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with a Hydropower specialization from Kathmandu University (2020). Brings around two years of experience in physical hydraulic modeling and one year in designing river training structures for landslide mitigation across Nepal.
